An upscale cookout menu from 2010....
In 1971 I had the pleasure of spending 10 days in Madrid and came away with many amazing food experiences. One of the most memorable was at Casa Botin, a restaurant established in 1725 which has the distinction (Guinness Book of World Records) of being the oldest continuing operating restaurant in the world. The dish that I had heard about and wanted to try was their Cochinillo (roast suckling pig). It alone was worth the trip.
