A plated menu from a 2010 Wedding Reception……

We prefer making “white trash” yeast rolls instead of biscuits as they do not crumble and are to die for…we brush the insides with a little sweet butter before stuffing them with Kite Country Ham from Wolftown Virginia… many of our guests say that they remind them of Sunday Dinners at Grandma’s…..
